Guaranteeing vendor performance, delivery dates, project completion dates, or third-party responses

Based on scope
Standard onboarding includes an initial kickoff, review of the client's current workflow, collection of essential project and vendor information, establishment of communication and escalation procedures, and setup or configuration of the agreed project-tracking tools. It does not include extensive historical data cleanup, reconstruction of missing information, large-scale software or system migrations, or substantial backlog cleanup. Those items require a separate written scope and custom quote before work begins.
The agreed onboarding fee and first monthly service payment must be received before service work begins.
Communication and client cooperation
Clients are expected to provide requested information, approvals, and responses within two business days whenever reasonably possible. Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or third-party responses may affect project timelines. Reasonable follow-ups and documentation count toward included service hours. Client-caused delays do not automatically qualify for refunds, credits, or rollover of unused hours.
